Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed/unused.

To start a return, please contact us at renewblu.surf@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchange Policy

Online exchanges must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your order.

All exchanges will have a $7.00 shipping fee charged at the time of return.

All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy. Items that do not meet the acceptable criteria will be subject to denial.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We partner with reliable shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.)
  • Asking neighbors or anyone else who may have received it on your behalf
  • Waiting up to 2 business days from the delivery scan, as packages are sometimes delivered shortly after being marked as delivered

If your package still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us. We’re happy to help and may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
